Shipping Information:

We make every effort to ship your order within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment. Our standard shipping methods include USPS Parcel Post & Priority Mail, as well as FedEx and UPS.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

CorgiMax.com accepts returns for items arriving in a condition other than that listed in the item description, or items that somehow did not meet your needs as described.  We DO NOT accept returns on consumable items such as pet food OR other consumable products that have been opened or partially used.
 
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of return authorization. Please email us PRIOR to sending items back to get a return authorization code. Email to use for returns is Returns@CorgiMax.com.

Return shipment is to be paid by the customer.

Please contact us via email @ Returns@CorgiMax.com to receive a Return Authorization Code prior to shipping the item back to us. If we have a like item in stock, we will give you the option of sending it to you or your money back once we receive the item back from you.
